Campfire Leadership Training

  • For teens 15 – 17 years old interested in developing leadership training skills in preparation to be a future staff member / counselor at CAMP BOB or other Christian ministry / camp
  • CLT program is demanding both physically and spiritually, requiring giving of one's self sacrifically for the benefit of the campers and the program
  • Participants will work hard for extended periods of time and should have a desire to grow spiritually and a willingness to:
    • learn
    • try new things
    • serve
  • 3 week program focusing on:
    • Christian life discipleship
    • Leadership development
    • Team building
    • Servant attitude development
    • Service opportunities & work projects including kitchen help, site clean-up, trail maintenance, gear & supply transport, etc.
    • Interaction & assistance with Camp Bob programs & activities, including rock climbing, archery, waterfront, crafts, etc.
  • Program runs for 3 weeks (including weekends) beginning Saturday 7 pm ending on the last Friday at 5 pm
  • CLT site is a self contained site with it’s own tents, cooking & dining areas
  • All food is provided for this program - $1 tuck is included in registration fees
  • Bring laundry money - $5/week
